Human Nature

Art and culture in rural areas

L'association

Founded in Sennecey-le-Grand in 2021, the Nature Humaine association devises initiatives and events to raise awareness through art and culture. Conferences, workshops and exhibitions punctuate its programme, but it is above all in the public space that it finds its preferred medium of expression.

Deeply rooted in its local area, the association promotes encounters between artistic disciplines and is aimed at all audiences, whether or not they are familiar with these art forms.

Médiation Culturelle

The urban dimension of urban art and art in public space allow us to reach a wide variety of audiences in all types of neighbourhoods.

In order to encourage the public to engage with the artwork as much as possible, we organise programmes to accompany our projects. These take many different forms, including educational workshops in schools, community centres, nursing homes, prisons, and public consultations.

About

Julie Dodet is the association's artistic director. A cultural project designer and coordinator since 2015, she also co-founded the Street Art Rébellion collective in 2020 alongside Cathy Lamri and Yseult YZ Digan.

A member of the board of directors of the Fédération d'Art Urbain since 2025, she is committed to promoting awareness of ecology and health in the field of urban art.
